Yes. Support can include installation assistance, machine commissioning, basic operator training, process-setting guidance and maintenance instructions. Before ordering, confirm the installation location, utility availability, foundation requirements and the number of operators who require training.

Pratishna machines carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, along with installation, commissioning, operator training and service support across India. Annual maintenance contracts are not offered as standard and are agreed case by case. Warranty coverage can vary by machine and supplied components, so the final period, exclusions, response process and chargeable items should be clearly stated in your quotation and purchase order.

Sales and service are available across India, through Pratishna’s own engineers travelling from Mumbai and Delhi and through partners in other cities, with response within 24 hours and spares despatched the same day.

A mould trial or application test can be planned when the customer provides the mould, material and required quality parameters. The trial scope, sample quantity, acceptance criteria and material responsibility should be agreed upon before testing. Ask our team to include the required trial procedure in your commercial proposal.

Yes. Pratishna supplies machines to manufacturing locations across India and serves international markets. For an export enquiry, share the destination country, required electrical standard, preferred shipping term, documentation requirements and commissioning expectations so these can be included in the proposal.
