Recommended Machines for Building & Construction Components
Most building components are small to medium parts suited to the E Series (75-180 T). Wall plugs, cable ties, tile spacers and aerators are usually run in high-cavity moulds, while larger parts such as flush tanks, toilet seats and large-diameter pipe fittings with core-pull or unscrewing moulds may need the H Series. The right series depends on projected area, cavities, material and output.

Which Injection Moulding Machine Is Used for PVC and UPVC Pipe Fittings?
Elbows, tees and couplings are selected by projected area, shot weight, cavities and mould type. Smaller fittings usually run on E Series machines, while larger diameters with core-pull or unscrewing moulds may need H Series machines. PVC moulding needs a screw, barrel and temperature control suited to heat-sensitive material.Can Pratishna Machines Produce Switch Plates and Junction Boxes?
Yes. Modular switch plates, socket plates, wall switch boxes and junction boxes in PC, FR-PC, ABS or PVC can be produced with the right clamping force, injection unit and mould configuration. It depends on part size, wall thickness and projected area. Concealed flush tanks and toilet seats are large parts that usually need H Series machines, and larger tanks should be checked against the mould size before selection.
Can These Machines Produce Bathroom Fittings and Accessories?
